1. Returns
We accept returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us to receive further instructions.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be made by returning the full amount in cash at the time of pick-up for the returned product.

Please note that refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet our return criteria.

4. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Items that were not returned in their original condition, including missing packaging or accessories.

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
